Ok so Ive been a bit more adventurous today! Got up early.. and managed to somehow navigate my way to Bangkok Park.. some massive random man made lake/park thing .. Dads directions wernt quite as specific as they needed to be and I got a bit lost.. but then ended up being pointed in the right direction by some helpful locals who clearly understood I had no idea what was going on haha

So I did a lap of that.. then back to the apartment.. did all my yoga stretches and my situps.. I think all this is beginning to work.. there are no scales here but Im feeling decidedly lighter... the fact that I havent eaten bread for 3 days is also prolly a great help.

anyways nuff bout that useless crap.

im going shopping by myself today.. I think I can manage to navigate my way to MBK... 7 LEVELs OF SHOPS !! ALL CHEAP CHEAP !! Dad took me there last night and we got me a new phone.. some random nokia with more features than even I know what to do with.,. insanity. But I cant work out how to do anything and cant look it up in the manual coz thats in thai... bugga!

Im feeling alot better about life in general.. not so much sitting around moping about failed relationships n crap.. Ive accepted that it didnt work. Not sad about it anymore. After learning a few things about L... it seems his memory has become somewhat tainted.... the way I look back on it now is not with sadness and I cant remember the happy stuff.. it all has a veil of mistrust and skepticism on it. I dont believe he meant any of the crap he used to spin to me. Or perhaps he thought he meant it.. but I can see now that in the grand scheme of life..I meant fuck all to him.. and Im determined that he is going to mean fuck all in the grand scheme of my life also.

It looks like this time Im going to be here for the full moon party... which is apparently massive and goes off! I missed it by a day last time.. but it must have been a big one.. coz ppl wernt getting up till 4/5 in the arvo haha So we might go over to Phuket or Koh Tao for that one.. will see what happens.. and going to china town in the next few days also.. where they have cheap cheap silver and gold and bags etc... :o) I plan to stock up !!
